The subject of the order is the delivery of a new agricultural tractor that meets the requirements set out in the Employment Guidelines, constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.2. Common CPV orders: 16700000-2 tractor3. The Employer does not allow partial offers .4. The Employer does not allow placing variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogs.5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 and 8.6. Warranty occupying the ordering party: - Quality guarantee for a minimum period of 24 months counted from the final receipt date, the maximum warranty period expected by the Employer is 36 months, - warranty for the period for a period equal to the offered warranty period counted from the final receipt day.
