Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance and development services of an integrated Business Intelligence class analytical platform (Zipla) together with the provision of other services and supplies, according to the following specification:
In the scope of the basic (guaranteed) order:
a) implementation by the Contractor Preparatory phases for a maximum period of 3.5 months from the date of entry into force of the contract;
b) the contractor was provided by the maintenance service for a period of 24 months from the date of startup and development phase;
c) providing support by the Contractor for the elements owned by the Employer Standard software and infrastructure for a period of 24 months from the date of maintenance and development phase;
d) Delivery by the Contractor of a new standard software entitling to use IBM DB2 Warehouse on non -productive environments together with providing the service Support for a period of 24 months from the date of maintenance and development phase;
e) Delivery by the Contractor of the new standard IBM software necessary for the proper operation of the Zipla system, together with providing support for it for a period of 12 months (not earlier than from 29.12.2025 r.);
In the scope of the option referred to in art. 441 of the PZP Act (hereinafter "Option"):
a) the contractor's implementation of the development service in the total dimension not exceeding 6750 Working ...
