Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party" or "ARiMR") of the maintenance and development services for ZSZiK, IACS plus, GIS, SIZ, PZSiP plus, PA, eWniosekplus, eWoP and IRZplus.
1.1.Services will be provided individed into the following groups of Services:
1.1.1. Group of Environmental Maintenance Services (G1), described in detail in Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "APU"), including:
1.1.1.1. Environmental Administration Service (G1U1 ), described in detail in Annex No. 1A to the p.p.u.,
1.1.1.2. Mon Serviceiterating Availability and Performance (G1U2), described in detail in Annex No. 1B to the p.u.,
1.1.1.3. Installation Service (G1U3), described in detail in Annex No. 1C to the p.u.,
1.1.2. Quality Assurance Services Group (G2), described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the p.u., including:
1.1.2.1. Delete Servicea Defects (G2U1), described in detail in Annex No. 2A to the IPL,
1.1.2.2. Code and Documentation Management Service (G2U2), described in detail in Annex No. 2B to the IPL,
1.1.2.3. Integration and Certification Service (G2U3) , described in detail in Annex No. 2C and 2C1 to the p.u.,
1.1.3. Admi Services Groupnistration of the IT System (G3), described in detail in Annex No. 3 and 3A to the Labor Code,
1.1.4. Development (Modification) Services Group (G4), described in detail in Annex No. 4 and 4A to the Labor Law,
1.1.5. Services Operational Orders, described in detail in Annex No. 5 to the Labor Code,
