- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of full manufacturer support for the existing HPE Synergy 12000 hardware in the universal infrastructure and the Veeam Backup&Replication software, as well as the delivery of virtualization software subscriptions.
The subject of the order includes 3 tasks:
1)Task I
- ensuring full manufacturer support for the existing HPE equipment in the Universal hardware and software infrastructure for a period of 12 months, leaving damaged disks with the ordering party
- performing a full software and firmware update.
- provision of warranty and 200 man-hours of services technical assistance of the Contractor.
2)Task II
- ensuring manufacturer's support for the Veeam Backup&Replication Enterprise Plus (72 Sockets) backup software and the Veeam Managemant Pack for System Center Operation Manager (72 Sockets) virtualization infrastructure monitoring package, or supply of equivalent software for a period of up to 36 months
- provision of warranty and technical assistance services to the Contractor throughout the entire period of purchased manufacturer's support.
3)Task III
- delivery of subscriptions and activation keys for the software manufacturer's support for the virtualization system for 36 servers enabling virtualization of servers, disk resources and networks - software updates in the infrastructure indicated by the Ordering Party
