Description:
PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests to send a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party will inform the offeror who submitted the most advantageous offer which cannot be rejected on the need to submit a declaration constituting Annex 1 to the proceedings, signed in accordance with the representation. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: 1) The unit price includes costs transport.2) Validity of the offer: 30 days from the end of the procedure.3) Delivery required to PKP LHS sp. z o.o. Warehouse Group in Zamość Bortatycze, Wysokie 3, 22-400 Zamość. 4) Required payment deadline is at least 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice goods. 5) The assortment that is the subject of the offer must be covered by at least a 12-month warranty period.6) The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel the procedure without giving reasons.7) By submitting the offer, you accept detailed terms and conditions of the order specified in the order template constituting an annex to the procedure.8) After the evaluation of the offers, the Ordering Party may request the Seller who submitted the most advantageous offer that is not subject to rejection to submit a declaration (Appendix no. 2) about the lack of grounds for exclusion from the proceedings pursuant to § 81 of the Regulations. 9) By accepting the order for execution, the Tenderer confirms that he does not violate, does not care about or facilitate the violation of Sanctions Regulations understood as sanctions...
