- The subject of the order is the purchase of medical apparatus divided into 7 parts as part of the task Modernization, reconstruction and retrofitting of the Hospital Emergency Department at the University Hospital Karol Marcinkowski in Zielona Gora Sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was concluded In Annex 2 to SWZ - price and technical forms.
Task 1: Purchase of resuscitation prams with equipment
The subject of the contract in task 1 is the purchase of resuscitation trucks with equipment (2 pcs) The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2 - the price form technical. The offered subject of the contract must be in line with the parameters specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - a technical price form for task 1. The year of production 2025 is required. Warranty period at least 24 months. The offered equipment must be complete, compatible with accessories, factory New, after installation, ready for use for use. The contracting authority requires installation and starting the equipment. Along with the supplied equipment, the Contractor will provide the user manual in Polish in paper and electronic versions, technical passport, warranty card and list of entities authorized by the manufacturer or an authorized representative to perform repairs and inspections.
