Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of medical apparatus (liposuction device, pantomograph, stationary pulse oximeter). The subject of the contract consists of 3 parts: Part 1: Task 1: Liposuction device, Task 2: Successive delivery of accessories for the device, part 2: pantomograph, part 3: Pulse oximeter, 2nd bare scope of the subject of the contract, description, range and quantity includes Annex 1a to SWZ - price form and Annex 1B to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), which the contractor attachs to the offer. The Contractor fulfilling the indicated items in Annex 1B to SWZ-OPZ confirms the meeting of the requirements specified by the Employer. 3. The performance of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 3A to SWZ - Service of the Single Delivery Agreement (applies to Part 1 of Task 1 and Part 2); Annex 3b - draft contract for delivery Successive (applies to Part 1 of Task 2) and Annex 3C - draft contract for successive delivery (applies to Part 3). 4. The offered items of the order must be complete, with a high standard, both in terms of quality and functionality, as well as free from material and construction defects and legal. 5. Toted order items must be allowed for trading and use in accordance with applicable law. 6.
