2. The subject of the order was divided into seven parts.

Detailed description of the subject of the order specifyingy the Ordering Party's requirements and quantities, is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order and in Annexes No. 6A and 6B to the SWZ - Draft contract. By completing the items indicated in this annex, the Contractor confirms that it meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
4. Item offeredyou orders must be complete, of a high standard in terms of both quality and functionality, and free from material, construction and legal defects.
5. The offered items of the order must be admitted for trading and use in accordance with applicable law.
