Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of medical equipment (infusion pumps with accessories) along with maintenance of devices after the warranty period for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. The subject of the order consists of 1 part, which is divided into 6 tasks:
1) Task No. 1 - A set of infusion pumps with stations docking,
2) Task No. 2 - Set of infusion pumps with docking stations,
3) Task No. 3 Infusion management system,
4) Task No. 4 - Maintenance of devices from tasks 1, 2, 3,
5) Task No. 5 - Syringe infusion pump,
6) Task No. 6 - Successive deliveries of accessories for the above-mentioned pumps tasks.

No. 1B to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order,
No. 3A to SWZ Draft contract for successive delivery (applies to tasks 1-3, 5),
No. 3B to SWZ - Draft contract for successive delivery (concerns task 6),
No. 3C to SWZ - Draft contract for equipment maintenance (concerns task 4).
The Contractor completes the items indicated in Annex No. 1B to SWZ-OPZ confirms compliance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
