The contractor, at his own discretion, may submit an offer for one or all parts of the subject of the contract,
detailed Description of the subject of the contract is determined by attachments to SWZ (descriptions of the subject of the contract, contractual projects),
Deliveries must be carried out with an appropriate means of transport and secured for transport,
Marking of delivered products, instructions for use, product description, labels (original) must be made in Polish,
The offered subject of the contract should be a brand new product, approved for trading in the EU, complete and free from technical and legal defects, as well as have the name of the manufacturer, necessary markings required by regulations (CE), in addition both the subject Orders and its original packaging must contain any other markings arising from the current regulations, if they are required,
The contractor's duty is to train the personnel of the contracting authority in the field of service and operation of the subject of the contract. Training has to be confirmed in the report of the equipment transfer.
