Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of medical equipment for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o. (mammography, neurosurgical navigation, O-arm computed tomography, ultrasound machine).
2. A detailed description, assortment and quantities are included in Annex No. 1B to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ).
3. Basicsexclusion of Contractors from the proceedings is indicated:
- in Art. 108 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, which occurred during the relevant period specified in Article 111 of the Public Procurement Law,
- in Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and forprotecting national security,
- in Art. 5k paragraphs 1 of Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
