The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular it was not used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It has also not been previously reconditioned. Products offeredmedical devices covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the ToR.
