Purchase of medical equipment for SP ZOZ in Mońki as part of the project entitled: "Increase availability and quality of health care services by increasing the number of services in the Care and Treatment Facility and the Therapeutic Rehabilitation Facility, stages III and IV of the restructuring of SP ZOZ in Mońki
The subject of the order includes the implementation of the task in the scope of:
a) Task 1 - expansion including the reconstruction of the pediatrics building in order to create a long-term care building and the relocation of the existing ZOL along with its expansion to 50 beds and the purchase of equipment and fittings - 1.2 deliveries with the commissioning / installation of medical equipment and accessories;
b) Task 2 - reconstruction including adaptation of the premises after the transfer of ZOL to the needs of ZRL, along with the purchase of equipment and supplies - 2.2 deliveries along with commissioning / installation of medical equipment and accessories.
RELATED TO: Task 1 - expansion and reconstruction pediatrics building in order to create a long-term care building and relocate the existing ZOL together with its expansion to 50 beds and purchase of equipment and accessories - 1.2 deliveries with commissioning / installation of medical equipment and accessories:
