Description:
The contractor, at its own discretion, may submit an offer for one or all parts of the subject of the contract,
- a detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in: Annex 3.1 to the SWZ (for part 1), Annex 3.2 to the SWZ (for part 2),
- deliveries must be made by appropriate means of transport and secured for transport,
- marking of the delivered products, instructions for use, product description, labels (original) must be prepared in Polish,
The offered items of the order should be brand new products, approved for trading in the EU, complete and free from technical and legal defects, and also have the manufacturer's name, the necessary markings required by regulations (CE), in addition, both the items of the order and their original packaging must contain any other markings resulting from the currently applicable regulations, if any required,
By the provision regarding the minimum requirements for quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of the goods contained in publicly available sources, catalogs and manufacturers' websites. Using sample manufacturer's names is only intended to clarify the level of expectations the Ordering Party in relation to a specific solution. Therefore, the use of manufacturer or product names is for example purposes only.
