Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a medium rescue car for the TSO in Żmogi
The material subject of the contract includes in particular: a) the delivery of a brand new medium car
Production year 2024 or 2025 b) providing the necessary
technical description (in Polish), c) providing together with the order required to use the instructions in
Polish language and a set of documents necessary to register the vehicle, d) training in vehicle service
at least 3 employees of the Ordering Party in the scope of rules use, maintenance and operation
Built -up and equipped vehicle
must meet the requirements of: a) the "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended), including
with executive provisions to the Act, b) Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of
June 20, 2007 on a list of products to ensure public security principles or
protection of health and life as well as property, as well as the principles of issuing admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws
