Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a new medium rescue and fire-fighting car for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Ożara (Kamieniec Ząbkowicki commune- 57-230).
The offered rescue and firefighting car must meet the requirements:
1.1. Musi to meet the requirements of Polish traffic regulations, z taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 450, as amended), together with enforcement provisions.
1.2. Development of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on a list of products to ensure public safety or health and life protection, as well as the principles of issuing the admission of these products for use (Journal of Laws No. 143, item 1002, of 2010, item 553 of 2018, item 984 and of 2022, item 2282).
1.3. Developments of ministers: Internal affairs, national defense, finance and justice of 22 March 2019 on the technical conditions of special vehicles and used vehicles for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Intelligence Service Military, Central Anti -Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, Tax Control, Customs Service, Prison Service and Fire Brigade (Journal of Laws 2019 item 594).
1.4. The car must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with ordinance No. 1 of the State Commander -in -Chief ...
