Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an average rescue and fire -fighting car for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Głogowek in accordance with Annex 1 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract.
2. The order of the contract should meet the following requirements:
a) correspond to all featuresspecified in SWZ,
b) to be new and in accordance with applicable standards.
3. The prescribed parameters of the subject of the contract are the technical and qualitative minimum expected by the contracting authority, and all the requirements specified in the contract documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment ismandatory.
4. Equivalent to balance. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the PZP Act, the contracting authority allows solutionsequivalent.
2) possible indicated by the Ordering Party in SWZ own names, trademarks, patents and place of origin are justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract and are intended to indicate only the quality and parameters of the subject of the contract due to the lack of other sufficiently accurate terms,which would allow the subject of the contract to describe in this part in a clear and exhaustive way.
