Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting vehicle (GBA) with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes to the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Konin.
2. The subject of the order is described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (description subject of the order - OPZ).
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers due to the delivery of one vehicle, dividing the order into parts is impossible.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues.
5.Conditions of implementation of the subject of the order were also included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
6. The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of at least 100% of the value of the Agreement.
7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
