Description:
1) The subject of the order is the purchase of a brand new medium-sized rescue and fire-fighting car for the Volunteer Fire Department in Manasterz. 2) The description of the subject of the order (OPZ) can be found in Annex No. 7 to SWZ 3) The delivered car must be brand new, complete and free from construction defects, materials, construction and legal regulations, manufactured no later than in 2025, ready for use, prepared for registration in the territory of the Republic of Poland.4) The rescue and firefighting vehicle must meet the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads in accordance with with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended) statutory, regulatory and industry-specific.5) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery of the fire truck be carried out with due care, the terms of the agreements, the requirements of standards and regulations in this regard to the headquarters of the Volunteer Fire Department in Manasterz, Manasterz 574.6) Through document...
