Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of one used medium rescue and firefighting vehicle with equipment for the Volunteer Fire Department in Maszewo. The Contractor undertakes to transfer ownership to the Ordering Party and deliver to the Ordering Party the subject of the contract with the technical parameters and minimum conditions specified in the document Description of the Subject of the Order, Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The car must have an approval certificate in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or the protection of health, life and property, as well as rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended) and a certificate or certificate of approval for use in State Fire Service Units issued by the Polish certification body, other specialized documents necessary for proper use subject of the contract, as well as all car documents enabling its registration as a special car, a type of fire brigade.
