- 1. The subject of the order includes purchase and delivery to the following address: Sosnowieckie Wodocigi Spka Akcyjna, ul. Ostrogrska 43, 41-200 Sosnowiec - a medium-sized specialized vehicle with a tank-type body for transporting drinking water for the needs of the Sosnowiec Commune. MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE VEHICLE have been indicated in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, which is the Table of technical parameters of the required vehicle.2. When delivering the subject of the order, the Ordering Party reserves the right to perform a technical inspection of the vehicle at the vehicle inspection station indicated by the Ordering Party and/or weigh the vehicle. 3. The delivered vehicle together with of the structures must be complete and compatible with each other. The vehicle must perform the functions for which it was intended and must be built in accordance with applicable law. 4. On the day of delivery, the vehicle must be ready for operation and adapted to travel on public roads, with a 100% full fuel tank.5. The required warranty period for the Subject of the order is 36 months.6. The Contractor will provide training in the operation and use of the delivered vehicle for one designated employee Ordering Party.
