PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions:1. The unit price includes transportation costs.2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the end of the procedure.3. The required quality documents and warranty conditions for the subject of the procedure should be specified in the offer, for WD-40, WURTH remover 500 ml, mounting foam, compressed air, safety data sheet is required.4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered items be in commercial packaging, new, original, unused, factory packed.5. Delivery required to the Zamość Warehouse Group Bortatycze WYSOKIE 3, 22-400 ZAMOŚCI6. Required payment term is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods.7. Attachment No. 4, price form divided into parts, was attached to the procedure. Offers may be submitted separately for any part, it is not allowed to submit offers for individual items from a given part parts8. The completion date should be specified in the offer.9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel the procedure without giving reasons. 10.
