Description:
1. The subject of the order will be co-financed from PFRON funds as part of the project entitled Program for equalizing differences between regions III, area D.2. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new, unused, complete, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects. an 8+1 minibus, adapted to transport disabled people, including those in wheelchairs.3. The delivered car must have: a) a certificate of approval as a minibus intended for the transport of disabled people, specially adapted to transport people in wheelchair(s), issued by a statutorily authorized body, b) a set of documents required for registration in accordance with the regulations in force in Poland, on the basis of admission to traffic (sales invoice, vehicle card, technical inspection and examination of a diagnostic station, certificates confirming that after adaptation, the car is adapted to transport disabled persons) in accordance with the requirements of the provisions of the Road Traffic Law. c) an operating manual in Polish, a warranty book4.
