I. The subject of the order is the purchase of:
1) extension of Microsoft Software Assurance support until licenses held by the Ordering Party for Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) software (previous product name System Center Configuration Manager -SCCM), for a period of 36 months or offering software equivalent to Microsoft Software Assurance level support for period of 36 months: SKU - AAA - 43039; number - 47,000; license measure - per device
2) perpetual licenses for Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) with Software Assurance for a period of 36 months or offering software equivalent to Microsoft Software service level support Assurance for a period of 36 months: SKU - AAA - 43031; number - 1,500; license measure - per device.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
II. Order completion date:
1) delivery of perpetual Licenses with 36 months of manufacturer support, referred to in point I.2) - up to 21 days from the conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2026.
2) 36 months of manufacturer support for the Licenses referred to in point I.1) - up to 21 days from the conclusion of the contract, but not earlier than from January 1, 2026.
3) deadline for providing manufacturer's support for the License - 36 months from the date of delivery.
