Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") Software Assurance and Subscription, including online services for system programs, indicated in Table 1 - List of system programs postedin chapter I.1. The specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ"). 2. The Employer allows the contractor to offer equivalent products to the products specified in item 1-9, 16, 18, 19, 20 Table 1 referred to in point 1 above. Equivalent products must meet the minimum requirementsdescribed in chapter I.1. point 3 SWZ. 3. In the event of an equivalent product, the Contractor is obliged to restore the efficient operation of the Employer's hardware and program infrastructure and at their own expense make the necessary modifications to restore the proper operation of the equipment and program environmentThe ordering party also after uninstalling the equivalent product in the event that the offered equivalent product does not properly cooperate with the equipment and software functioning at the contracting authority and/or will cause disruptions in the functioning of the work of the Employer's hardware and programming environment.In the event of causing during the implementation of an equivalent conflict of the implemented software with the hardware, network or application of the Ordering Party, in particular by damaging the equipment owned by the Employer and shared...
