- Detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are specified in the description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and the draft contract constitutesAnnex No. 3 to the SWZ. The parameters and requirements indicated in the OPZ define the minimum technical, operational, utility, quality and functional conditions to be met by the subject of the order delivered to the ordering party.
