Description:
1. Determining the subject of the contract:
The subject of the order is the delivery of mobile blood collection points based on buses - factory new, unused, complete, fully functional, produced not earlier than in 2025, from the official distribution channel at Poland or the European Union, not burdened with any rights of third parties. The vehicle cannot come from the exposure at the points of sale.
1.2. The Employer will find that the vehicle will also be a new vehicle, which in connection with the need to make specialized buildings, execution appropriate technical inspections, obtaining appropriate approval and transport to the Employer will have a mileage of no more than 4,000 kilometers.
