Description:
1. DEFINITION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER:
The subject of the order is the supply of mobile blood collection points based on buses - brand new, unused, complete, fully operational, manufactured no earlier than in 2025, coming from the official distribution channel on within Poland or the European Union, unencumbered by any third party rights. The vehicle cannot be displayed at sales points.
1.2. The Ordering Party will consider that a brand new vehicle will also be a vehicle which, due to the need for specialized bodywork, appropriate technical inspections, obtaining appropriate approvals and transport to the Ordering Party will have a mileage of no more than 4,000 kilometers. The Ordering Party allows the delivery of the subject of the order to the Ordering Party under its own power, on wheels, without the use of trailers. The ordering party requires submitting by the Contractor, on the day of handing over the vehicle with a mileage of over 50 km, a statement which will indicate the mileage of the vehicle delivered to the Ordering Party, i.e. the Contractor is obliged to indicate the route that was covered by the vehicle delivered to the Ordering Party which is the subject of order along with an indication of the distance in km in connection with the implementation of the subject of the order.
