Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a mobile, digital X-ray machine for Dolnolskie Centrum Rehabilitacji i Ortopedii Sp. z o. o. in Stone Game. The task is carried out as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program related to population protection and civil defense under the title: Purchase respirators, ultrasound and X-ray equipment for medical entities in order to improve the functionality and quality of tasks performed under OC and OL2 tasks. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: deliver an X-ray machine consistent with the description contained in Annex A to the Offer Form to the Ordering Party's registered office in Kamienna Gra at ul. J.Korczaka 1, set up and install the device in the place/room indicated by the Ordering Party, assemble, configure, launch and perform specialized and acceptance tests, train designated employees of the Ordering Party (theoretical and practical training), issue and issue the Ordering Party a warranty card for the subject of the order after prior arrangement of the warranty terms in accordance with the content of the offer and taking into account the requirements of the SWZ, provide the Ordering Party with an operating manual prepared in Polish and a passport t...
