Description:
1. Subject of the order for Part 1 Mobile power generators - includes the delivery of 2 pieces of mobile power generators to the place indicated by the Ordering Party in Kutno at ul. Szpitalna, as part of the investment project titled Purchase of a mobile power generator (2 pieces).2. Detailed description of the item the order for Part 1 Mobile power generators constitutes Annex No. 1A to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.3. Guarantee and warranty for defects: 1) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide a warranty for the delivered subject matter of the order for a period of at least 24 months from the date of signing acceptance protocol of the subject of the order. (The final date of the guarantee and warranty for defects will result from the Contractor's offer)2) During the period of the guarantee, the Contractor will be obliged, without separate remuneration, to ensure the performance of service inspections necessary to maintain the guarantee. Costs related to this should be included in the offer price.3) During the warranty period, the Ordering Party will be entitled to the Contractor's rights resulting from the warranty for physical and legal defects on the terms specified in the CC.4.
