Description:
Part 1 Purchase and delivery of a mobile power generator. The scope of delivery includes, among others: 1) As part of part 1 of the order, Purchase and delivery of a mobile power generator: - purchase and delivery of a brand new power generator with a rated power of 80 kW, tolerance + / - 5%; Detailed scope and description of the item orders for individual parts of the order, are set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. Additional conditions for the implementation of deliveries covered by the subject of the order: 1) The implementation of the works includes the supply of all materials necessary to complete the subject of the order, which will not come from previous production than 12 months from the date of commencement of the order.2) To complete the order, the contractors are obliged to use new materials, guaranteeing the highest quality of work.3) As part of the execution of the order, the contractor will be obliged to provide the ordering party with all certificates, protocols and technical approvals for the delivered materials and equipment.4) The Ordering Party is not liable for any damage caused by the contractor while performing the subject of the order.
