I. The subject of the order is: Purchase of a mobile water treatment device.1. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.2. The order is covered by a subsidy from the Silesian Voivode to finance the local government's own tasks in the field of population protection and civil defense. under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.3. Moreover, the Contractor's obligations related to the execution of the order are also specified in the draft provisions of the PPU contract attached to the SWZ.4. The description of the subject of the order does not require taking into account accessibility for disabled people.
