- The subject of the contract is a service involving the transport of school children and youth from the Wąsosz commune, together with the provision of care, to educational institutions located in the Wąsosz commune, along with the manner after completed school classes to places of residence. The transport will be provided Based on monthly tickets for children in accordance with art. 5 paragraph 1 of the Act of 20 June 1992 on the rights to free and reduced journeys by public transport (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 380) with priority of the passage of children and youth with a personal school ticket monthly and carers with a ticket (ticket price will be set in these proceedings).
Travels will be implemented by public transport implemented as part of regular - public lines on the routes specified in the attachments to SWZ, on the lines created by the contractor.
