Description:
1 5 a of the Act of 20.06.1992 on the rights to reduce rods of public transport (vol. Journal of Laws 2024 item 380) from and to wrapping squares from the area of the Liniewo commune. 2. DODZ MUST MUST MUST 2 buses (51 seats of every vehicle) in the morning and in the post -ductive hours. DOWZ Students to Placwek will take place on school days, based on the ordinance of the Minister of National Education and Sport of 11 August 2017 (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1603 with changes) regarding the organization school year. The contractor must have at least 3 buses (51 seats of every vehicle) in the event of a failure of vehicles designated to perform the task (1 vehicle will replace). 3. The performers are removed by the contractor on the basis of monthly tickets, in accordance with the principles and the resulting obligations from the Act of 6 Book of 2001 on road transport (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1539, 1544, 1855) and the Act of 16 December 2010 on public public transport (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285).
