Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the purchase of motor fuels in the following estimated assortments and quantities: 1) diesel oil - up to 40,000 liters, 2) unleaded 95 petrol - up to 3,000 liters.2. Fuels indicated in section 1 must meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended).3. All transactions made under the contract will be non-cash.4. Mentioned in section 1, fuels will be collected by the Ordering Party at a stationary fuel distribution point located at at the Contractor's disposal, located no further than 12.50 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.5. The distance from the station must be measured by main asphalt roads.6. Fuel for vehicles will be collected directly into the tanks of these vehicles, while fuel intended for household equipment will be collected. will be carried out by refueling into canisters.7.
