Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase together with the delivery of vehicles marked with the Combi and SUV segment for the needs of field units of the whole country. The subject of the contract was divided into eight (8) parts/tasks, and the contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts. Employer as part of the order provides for exercising the right of options in each task. Detailed information on the description of the subject of the contract and its scope can be found in: a) Annex 1 to SWZ - offer form, b) Annex 2 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract; c) Annex 3.1 to SWZ - description of the subject Orders for vehicles Combi segment COMMBI Task No. 1-4; d) Annex 3.2 to SWZ-description of the subject of the contract for SUV vehicles Task No. 5-8. The contracting authority allows subcontractors only in terms of marking and privilegeing vehicles, assembly of radio in vehicles. In the case of When the Contractor uses subcontractors, the contracting authority demands an indication if they are already known, the names of subcontractors' companies together with contact data (Annex 1 to SWZ - offer form). Enrollment regarding subcontractors can be found in section XI SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract (attachment No. 2 to SWZ).
