Description:
Due to the commencement of the public procurement procedure for the purchase of motorcycle tires, the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice requests the submission of a price offer in the proceedings in question. Subject matter of the proceedings The subject of these proceedings is the purchase of brand new motorcycle tires about the manufacturer and tread model given below, with the current production date (DOT of 2025) of grade I: 120/70/17Michelin Pilot Road 5 50 pcs.180/55/17Michelin Pilot Road 5 50 pcs.120/70/17Michelin Pilot Power II 20 pcs.160/60/17Michelin Pilot Power II 20 based on a one-time purchase (all tires are to be delivered within 3 days from signing the contract at the turn of October - November) The assortment will be delivered to the Ordering Party's registered office, i.e. Katowice, ul. Lompy 19, at the expense of the Contractor. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the product within 24 months of delivery of the tires. dispose of 140 motorcycle tires at their own expense.
