Description:
The subject of the contract provided by the Contractor to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party") is the purchase of the MPLS (Multipriprotocol Label Switching) service in the locations indicated in Annex 2 to the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU) constituting Annex 6 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: SWZ). Detailed rules and technical parameters of the service providing the subject of the contract are specified in the PPU.
