The subject of the order is the purchase of an MRI and the creation of a built-in magnetic resonance imaging laboratory container as part of the project "Development and implementation of specialized programs for the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders", co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027. with a detailed description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and Annex No. 2A to the SWZ. The contract in question is part of the project "Development and implementation of specialized programs for the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders" and is implemented with co-financing from the European Union from ESF Plus funds under the European Funds for Social Development Program 2021-2027. Priority 4 - Social cohesion and health, FERS Measure: 04.15 Effective and resilient health care system. The subject of the order delivered by the Contractor will be brand new, ready for use, free from defects physical and legal, of the highest quality and will have a warranty period of at least 24 months for the delivered MRI device together with the software and necessary equipment. The warranty period is counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for Part 1 of the subject of the contract. The contractor will provide at least 24-month warranty period for the container and completed construction/adaptation works.
