Description:
Due to the commencement of the public procurement procedure for the purchase of: -50 sets of MS6 directional lamps (where 1 set is 2 pieces of MS6 directional lamp), the Transport Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice requests to submit an offer price in the proceedings in question. Conditions: - The order will be completed on the basis of a signed contract. - The Ordering Party requires the order to be completed on the basis of a single delivery. - The order should be delivered by December 18 2025.-The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order at his own expense to the SO Katowice Warehouse, Transport Department, KWP in Katowice, 40-038 Katowice ul. Lompy 19 - Delivery should be made from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. - Form payments: Transfer; (please include the procedure number on the invoice) - Payment deadline: 30 days. from the date of invoice issuance - Warranty: manufacturer's warranty - The delivered assortment is to be manufactured as brand new, free from technical and legal defects, admitted to trading and I-gogatunku. These proceedings are conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice regarding awarding public contracts with a value not exceeding PLN 130,000.00 net, to which the provisions of the Procurement Law do not apply Public - The order will be completed in accordance with Art. 2 section 1 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
