Description:
The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for the supply of network equipment and for creating backup copies as part of the Cybersecure local government project in the Chemiec Commune. The order includes the delivery of: 1) NDR device (1 pc.) with software; 2) hardware system NIPS (1 pc.) with software; 3) network switches for the network core (4 pcs.); 4) UTM Firewall devices (2 pcs.). A description of the subject of the order, including a description of the minimum parameters and technical and functional requirements, is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The order is awarded as part of the implementation Cybersecurity Local Government grant project number FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23 under the European Funds for Digital Development Program (FERC), Priority II Advanced digital services, Measure 2.2. Strengthening the national cybersecurity system, title of the project Cybersecure local government in the Chemiec Commune, contract no. FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/1305/FERC.02.02-CS.01-001/23/2024 of July 18, 2024. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to SWZ.
