- Good morning, We invite you to submit offers for the supply of network elements. A detailed description of the subject of the inquiry is presented in Annex No. 3 of the Invitation to submit offers. Offers should be submitted via the Purchasing Platform within the specified deadline. The offer must contain the following elements: 1. A properly completed offer form, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 of the Invitation to submit offers 2. Declaration of non-submission of claims in the event of termination or invalidation of the proceedings, the template of which constitutes Appendix 2 to the Invitation to submit offers. The provisions of the Public Procurement Law do not apply to the procedure. Delivery costs are borne by the supplier. Payment term is 30 days.
