1. Purchase of network unit for the Mazovian Voivodship Branch of the National Health Fund 2. The description of the subject of the skew is included in the above -mentioned specification. 3. The method of implementation is determined by the draft statement of the statement of the Officer's Advocation to the specification. 4. Place of implementation: Mazowiecki Voivodship Branch of the National Health Fund, ul. Chaubiski 8, 00-613 Warsaw. 5. Pages determine that the order will be implemented as the following dates: 1) in the scope of delivery of the Cisco Catalyst 9407 aggregation units with Montaem, the launch and guarantee of the manufacturer for a period of 36 months within 21 calendar days from the date of the contract; 2) in the scope of Deliveries of the Cisco Catalyst 9400 Series 48-Port Upoe 10/100/1000 (RJ-45) with Montaem, launch and manufacturer's guarantee for a period of 36 months within 21 calendar days from the date of the contract; 3) in the range of 36 months of warranty service from the date of delivery of the agreed distributors.
