Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new car for the needs of the Municipal Municipal Plant in Sianow. The offered car should be: - new, unused, without defects and damage; - technically efficient, complete and ready for use; - produced no earlier than 2025; - will obtain all required admission certificates. - has all the necessary certificates, approvals or other documents for admission to road traffic resulting from Section III, Chapter 1a and 1b of the Road Traffic Law of June 20, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended); - meets the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment provided for by the legal provisions in force in Poland for cars traveling on public roads (Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure). - the vehicle must be equipped with a light bar with the inscription GZK Sianw Detailed description of the contents in chapter 1st point 3 of the Specification of Order Conditions and the technical specification of the car specified in Annex No. 3 - Description of the subject of the order.
