- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new bus vehicle adapted to transport disabled people, including people in wheelchairs. The vehicle must be free from physical and/or legal defects and not previously repaired.2. Reception the car will take place at the registered office of the Ordering Party or in another location (in the Republic of Poland) agreed between the Parties at the stage of execution of the Agreement. The contractor must secure the car until collection. Detailed information about the item orders are included in Appendix No. 7A to the SWZ.
