Description:
The subject of the contract is the purchase of a heavy rescue and firefighting car with equipment for the TSO in Kowniaci. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract- fire-fighting with 4x4 drive system, with minimal technical and functional parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ. The vehicle must be technically functional, safe, complete, ready for work and meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulationstaking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles. Performing the subject of the contract and commissioning must be in line with all legal acts competent for the subject of the contract and applicable standards for this type of vehicle. The subject of the contract should meet the followingRequirements:
• correspond to all the features specified in the specification of the terms of the contract.
• Be new and in accordance with applicable standards.
• Has the equipment and set of technical and functional documentation.for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or health and life, and property, andTakz ...
