Description:
The subject of the order is:
1)Purchase of a new laboratory system with manufacturer's technical support for a period of 36 months for the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after Stefan Cardinal Wyszyński Independent Public Health Care Center in Lublin Al. Kraśnicka 100, consisting of the following modules:
a) Module of the Laboratory Medicine Department, including the following laboratories: collection point, material distribution point with sorter, general analysis, hematology, biochemistry, immunochemistry, coagulology, toxicology, allergology, infectious serology at the location al. Kraśnicka 100 and the studio located at ul. Lubartowska 81.
b) Microbiology Laboratory Module at al. Kraśnicka 100
c) Microbiological Laboratory Module with the Tuberculosis Laboratory, which includes the Microbiological Laboratory and the Tuberculosis Laboratory located at ul. Herberta 21
2)Implementation of the Laboratory IT System
3) Delivery, installation and commissioning of 3 result machines at the Ordering Party's locations,
4)Training for staff: minimum 10, maximum 64 staff and minimum 2, maximum 6 administrators (including administrators substantive and technical IT administrators).
