4.1. Przedmiotem niniejszego zamwienia jest zakup nowego oprogramowania do ewidencji i inwentaryzacji muzealiw oraz zbiorw bibliotecznych Muzeum Kresw w Lubaczowie.4.2. Oglne wymagania systemu to m.in.:1) System musi umoliwia ewidencjonowanie zbiorw bdcych owned or held by the Museum by creating records for the following types of objects: a) single objects, individual objects, independent objects recorded as separate museum units; b) groups of objects (including elements of the set) groups of objects constituting a logical and functional whole, which includes elements that have an individual character and significance as an independent work; c) complex objects (including elements of a complex object) objects consisting of durable, inseparable components, forming one record was entered under a common number, parts of which do not function independently (e.g. a chest of drawers and keys, a jug with a lid).2) The system should enable clear and legible marking of types of objects in a way that allows them to be easy recognition, regardless of the adopted inventory numbering system.
