Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a tandem roller and a new cargo trailer/tow truck included for the needs of ZBK in Barczewo. 2. The equipment specified in point 1 will be used to carry out work in the field of ongoing maintenance of municipal roads, Barczewo commune,3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to this Specification of Order Terms. 4. Other requirements regarding the subject of the order: Warranty period granted by the contractor min. 24 months warranty period, all repair costs including travel and material costsand spare parts, with the exception of materials and consumable parts subject to natural wear and tear, are borne by the Contractor. 5. The Contractor should provide authorized warranty and post-warranty service. The stationary service should be located in Poland within a distance of 100 km from the ordering party's headquarters,6. The vehicle must have the following documents: registration certificate, vehicle card, owner's manual in Polish, service book in Polish. 7. The Ordering Party sets the shortest warranty period for the subject of the order at 24 months, counting from the date of signing the proto. ...
