The subject of the contract is the purchase of new versions of the registration and payroll system for the next two years to create and modify databases containing information about entities usingthe environment together with the booking and settlement of revenues of redistribution and debt collection of collected environmental fees

The system should enable data handling of environmental protection specified in the applicable law, including: fees for the use of the environment, product fees, product fees,public educational campaign for packaging, fees resulting from the Act on batteries and accumulators, fees and financial security resulting from the Act on useful electrical and electronic equipment, fees resulting from the Act on waste, vehicle recycling, recycling fee for bagsfor shopping from plastic, fees and penalties for removing trees and shrubs, management of environmental information, booking and settlement of revenues together with their redistribution and debt collection fees.
